Exhibitions and Distinctions

1998 – Showings at her workshop by invitation only.

Since 1999 - She participated in several exhibitions, notably Rencontre X in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, where many sculptors and artists were invited. It is one of the most important and prestigious exhibitions in the province of Quebec.

Distinctions

• In November 2000 in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu at the prestigious exhibition Rencontre X, she received a jury mention for a folding screen representing the four seasons. The artist used about 700 pieces of glass to complete her artwork.
• April 2001. Sylvie received the Innovation Distinction at the Salon Maisons et Jardins in Iberville, for the originality of the work, notably in her use of slices of agate inserted with the glass pieces.
